To get the prison "fixed" he decides to steal the things he needs from the prison owner played by Randy Quaid. I see other people have given this movie low ratings If you don't like Rodney, you won't like this movie. If you like Rodeny, you will like this movie. It is not Academy Award material, but it has enough of Rodney's stand up comedy feel to be entertaining. Paul Rodriguez is a very funny addition to the cast.
