Don't get me wrong, I live for sharksploitation. It's slowly becoming one of my favourite kind of films. However, all of the pints of Guinness and whisky macs in the world wouldn't make me enjoy this.
Honestly, I could have rendered better CGI using shitty Matlab in my alcoholic comatose, that was my second year of uni. That ridiculously huge shark fin was wild. Dafuq was that? What are you possibly using as reference? That pseudo-Godzilla shit was fun though. In all fairness, I've witnessed way worse acting from similar films. So, kudos? Fuck it, I'm undeterred from pursuing other shark-themed shenanigans. It was dubbed in Italian so I didn't really know what was going on, but I could still tell it was really bad.
Imagine making something so bad on purpose just to make money from people watching it as a joke. Everyone involved should be ashamed. Even though this movie is a couple of years older than another shark movie I recently watched by the same director, I can see that he didn't learn anything from this movie to that one.
A big shark and a big croc don't seem to like each other and fight it out The same problems I had with the other movie applies here as well. The shark and croc were CGI, which I expected since they are supposed to be way bigger than normal. The CGI ranges from somewhat good to bad. The size of the two animals seems to change all the time as well as the detail for the animals.
The shark does things I don't…. Letterboxd is an independent service created by a small team, and we rely mostly on the support of our members to maintain our site and apps. Where to watch Trailer. After escaping death during the fierce battle with the massive cephalopod in Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus , once more, Megalodon, the prehistoric beast from the sea, roams free in the open ocean, wreaking havoc.
However, this time, an even greater adversary emerges from the dark depths of Congo's diamond mines, as a gargantuan primaeval Crocosaurus sees the light of day, leaving a trail of destruction in its wake.
Inevitably, the two nightmarish creatures will have to confront each other, and in this ultimate fight, there can be only one winner. Navy able to avert this unstoppable new menace?
Whoever wins Rated R for some language.
