Destiny 2 pc failed to download server

When I restarted the game, it says "failed to download configuration files from Bungie servers" , and also gave me a code "nightingale". Today i entered this game successfully with my mobile hotspot! So i am really sure, thats something wrong with the network. Bzw i am using the public network provided by the apartment, so i cant reset the router XD. Anyway, this network is good for anything else, except Destiny So, what should i do?
