This works ok when drawing on a single maximized window, not ok when what I really want it for it to work like a mouse that you grip like a pen..
It is also "too sensitive" when the cursor moves even when there is a good bit over a cm of air between the pen tip and the surface.
So unless you are very careful about lifting the pen vertically, your cursor wanders around. I bought this mostly for my kid to draw stuff and it works well for that. I had hopes that it will also work well enough for marking up diagrams and is disappointed.
This answer may not help you but, in case it does I use this tablet with my work laptop. Regardless, I have three monitors. My laptop is one and I have two others on either side.
